Send your purchase order to us by mail, email. After receive your order, T-Scale sales manager will process and confirm with you the delivery lead time, specification, price, and method of shipment with a proforma invoice. After you confirm the proforma invoice, the order will go into effect.

The prices of the equipment and options quoted as per the specifications and price are in Indian Rupees and are on ex-works at Chennai. The prices do not include in additional packing & forwarding, installation of equipment, and any civil/electrical work at site. The prices quoted are also exclusive of Sales Tax, Excise Duty and other central and state levies, if any, which shall be charged extra as applicable on the date of physical dispatch from our works. In case taxes/duties payable on site activities including erection and commissioning etc. the same shall be borne by you.
50% advance along with Purchase order and 50% along with 100% taxes & duties to be paid against Pro-forma Invoice before dispatch.
G.S.T Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch. (At present GST is 18%)
Delivery of products by T-Scale will be within forty-five (45) days lead time shown on the quotation, or to the delivery date acknowledged by T-Scale. Deliveries based on releases against the Buyers purchase order are subject to review, acceptance or mutually negotiated schedules, T-Scale shall Use its best endeavor to meet agreed delivery dates but shall not be held liable for non compliance due to uncontrollable conditions.
Equipment will be dispatched by road on Freight to pay basis.
One year from the date of supply of the machine against any manufacturing defect. All systems and components except batteries are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment.
Examination of such equipment by Company confirms that the non-conformity actually exists, and was not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper testing or repair. Company will offer 1% amount of the MOQ spare parts together with the shipments for after service. If the defect rate is higher than the free spare parts, Representative can claim the free of spare parts case by case, additional spares only be shipped together with next order.
To be arrange by the customer for the transit of consignment.
Order once accepted by us shall not be canceled by the buyer without our prior consent in writing. We shall forfeit the advance and the buyer will have to compensate the amount to us for all losses, expenses and costs incurred in connection thereof.
If the buyer fails to pay the price, we reserve the right to forfeit the advance, to sell goods or parts thereof without notice to the buyer & to recover from the buyer contract price, freight demurrages loss & other charges less the net proceeds of such sales.
It will be our best endeavor to deliver the goods on time, however we shall not be liable for any delay occasioned by caused beyond of our control. If the delay occurs due to unforeseen causes, this order cannot be cancelled by the buyer.
All disputes are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Chennai.
